As per the Election Rule 8 xi and 8 xiv the nomination has to be as per the prescribed format. Based on the election rule 8 (xiv), the nominations of candidates ‘5’ (Dr. Sukanya Das) and ‘11’ (Dr. Kishore Dhavala) above are declared invalid and rejected accordingly.
As there are Ten vacancies for the EC and we got Ten Valid nominations, the following are declared ‘elected unopposed’ to the EC of INSEE for the period 2020-2022:
