INSEE FELLOW - Call for nominations

The Indian Society for Ecological Economics is pleased to invite nominations for conferring the honour and title of INSEE Fellows to those Life Members of INSEE who have made outstanding contributions to research, teaching, training, policy and practice of Ecological Economics and related disciplines (natural and social sciences) in its broadest sense.

The honour and title of INSEE Fellow will be conferred every two years to not more than three Life Member of INSEE (aged 55 years and above and who have been INSEE Life Members for at least TEN years). The award will consist of a citation and conferring of the title of Indian Society for Ecological Economics (INSEE) Fellow on the selected Life Member.

Nominations are to be made by any Life Member of INSEE in the prescribed nomination form. Self-nominations and nomination of deceased members at the time of submitting the nomination form are not eligible. The Fellows will be selected by an INSEE Fellows Selection Committee consisting of three INSEE Life Members.

The last date for receipt of nominations is 17.00 hours of June 30, 2019.

The award will be announced at or prior to the Tenth Biennial Conference of INSEE. Nominations received after the deadline for receiving nominations and incomplete nominations forms will not be considered for selection.
