Submission

We will follow a two-step screening process. Each submission requires an extended abstract clearly describing the paper and its significance in at least 1,000 words (excluding references) by March 15, 2021. Successful abstract submissions in the first stage will be invited to submit a full-length paper for final review. Contributors are welcome to submit full-paper in lieu of abstract in the first stage (by March 15).
