INSEE will provide shared accommodations to the first 50 early bird registrants on a first-come-first-serve basis. Priorities will be given to the paper/poster presenters
INSEE will extend local hospitality to all registered participants (including all meals, tea and coffee, and conference kits).
INSEE will not provide any travel assistance to the participants.
Those who register as students must submit a copy of their valid identity card at the time of registration. Only those who are currently registered as UG/PG students or PhD research scholars are eligible to register as student participants.
Student Membership by INSEE is valid for one calendar year. Students who are registered as INSEE members for the year 2025 are eligible to register as "Student (INSEE Member)"
If more than one author of a paper/poster intends to participate in the conference, each of them should register separately
